Tender description

The procurement office of the city of Reykjavík requests participants in a framework agreement regarding control equipment for traffic lights, i.e. traffic light control boxes, sensors, lamps and push button boxes for the city of Reykjavík.

This refers to a framework agreement that is based on regulations surrounding public procurement No 120/2016. The agreement is valid for 4 years from its signature date.

The quantity of bought product based on these tenderings are not yet clear, since the framework agreement will be made for particular products or services for a disclosed amount of time, without knowing the exact quantity of products needed. The framework agreement does not include a promise to invest in any definite amount of products. It is estimated that during the contract period approx. 50 traffic signal controllers with 250 sensors, 1 000 signal heads and 550-600 push button boxes will be replaced.
