Tender description

Habinteg is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to undertake works under 14 regional Lots as follows:

— Lots 1-7: Repairs, Void and Planned/Cyclical Works,

— Lots 8-14: Gas Works.

Habinteg is following a 2-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to appoint suppliers to deliver works under a JCT MTC for a maximum term of 10 years subject to satisfactory performance. Prospective suppliers must complete and return a selection questionnaire and the associated appendices.
